Yes. We offer Partial Cash on Delivery.

A ₹100 advance payment is required to confirm your order. The remaining amount can be paid in cash at the time of delivery.

At Shagun Ornaments, all orders are non-returnable.

We provide an exchange facility only in case the product is received damaged or defective.

To claim an exchange:

A continuous unboxing video is mandatory from the moment the parcel is opened.
The video must clearly show the sealed package, shipping label and the complete unboxing process.
Any damage/defect must be clearly visible in the video.
Exchange requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
Exchange is not available for change of mind, personal preference, size preference, colour preference, or simply not liking the product.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery for an eligible exchange.

Please record an unboxing video before opening your parcel. It protects both you and us in case of transit damage.

Customers are responsible for shipping the parcel back to our address.
