Cancellation & Refund Policy – Shagun Ornaments

  • Order Cancellation

    • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

    • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • Refund Policy

    • After cancellation is confirmed, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

    • For delivered products, refunds are applicable only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Return & Replacement

    • In case of receiving a defective or wrong product, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with tags.

    • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

  • Non-Refundable Items

    • Used jewellery or customised (made-to-order) products are not eligible for return or refund.
