Return & Refund Policy – Shagun Ornaments

1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

   • Returns and refunds are applicable only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

   • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging with tags.

   • Customised (made-to-order) products or used items are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Process

   • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate a return.

   • Our support team will guide you on how to safely return the item.

3. Replacement & Refund

   • If a replacement is available, we will send it after receiving the returned product.

   • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

   • Items that have been used, altered, or customised are non-returnable.
